Plain HTML

A static page is the simplest host there is: two links, then paste parts.

Link the bundle

The fastest way in is the hosted one-file bundle — every part’s CSS and JS, plus the tokens that make them one product:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://kata-ui.dev/tokens.css">
<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://kata-ui.dev/kata-ui.css">
<script src="https://kata-ui.dev/kata-ui.js" defer></script>

Parts with behavior initialize themselves on load. Nothing to configure, nothing to build.

Or take the starter

The starter kit is a working index.html with the tokens and a first set of parts already wired, ready to edit:

curl -O https://kata-ui.dev/starter/kata-starter.zip

Unzip it anywhere and open index.html. It is plain files all the way down — host it on any static host, or none.

Then paste parts

Open any part in the catalog, copy its HTML, and paste it into your page. For production, swap the bundle for just the parts you use — each part page lists its own CSS and JS files, and the page stays as lean as what is on it.

Because the code is yours, there is no upgrade treadmill: a part you pasted last year keeps working exactly as it does today.
